My 20 week appointment went well. Of course my doctor told me I was over doing it and I shouldn't be over exerting myself. So, he told me to get a heart monitor and not to let me heart beat get any faster than 155 beats per minute. I guess, for the sake of my baby, I'll get one and figure out how to use it.
